The pool area was relaxing and nicely maintained.
Check-in was a nightmare due to the lack of staff presence. I had to wait over an hour to get my room, and when assistance finally arrived, the front desk staff was unbothered by the delay, returning with a box of food instead of apologizing. To top it off, the air conditioning in the room was obnoxiously loud.

Location next to a quite area right next to beach, the center of Jaco where all the restaurants and the common garden. Also, so near of the sea. Well furnished unit on the other bed. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

The one-bedroom apartment was spacious and impeccably clean. The updated facilities, especially the pool area, were a real highlight. I loved the sea view from my apartment. It was relaxing to wake up to that each morning.
Parking was somewhat limited, especially during peak times.

Came here for 8 night stay, had a JUST PERFECT experience. The rooms were clean on the other bed, the staff were really helpful and excellent. The hotel had indeed an exceptionally nice location right on the beach. Moreover, it's very close to a quite area, a pathway, and the center. The restaurant was relatively near the property.

Units on the other bed. Besides, the location was marvellous for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Jaco Beach...
Disappointing aspect was very small bathroom.

The view was lovely, but the room itself? An absolute disaster. A door that hardly locked, and i could hear everything from the laundry below. It was shocking that no one offered even a small gesture for all that inconvenience. Almost left a good review, but the air conditioning noise was unbearable!
